OPEN GYM
WHAT IS OPEN GYM?
Open Gym is a time for middle school students to hang out with friends after school on Wednesdays where we will have games, snacks, Bible study, and dinner before our Wednesday night youth service.
OPEN GYM SCHEDULE (2:45-5:30 PM)
Doors open for check-in at 2:45 pm with last check in without a parent present at 3:10 pm.
Students will have the opportunity to play games like basketball, gaga ball, and more with a full concession stand with snacks available for purchase. There will also be a room available for students who want to play board games, do homework, or take a break from gym games. Every room at Open Gym is supervised by trained and vetted adults.
Open Gym ends at 5:30 pm if your student is not staying for Wednesday night youth service.
PARENT PICK-UP (5:30 PM)
If your student does not plan to stay for our Wednesday night youth service, we ask that you pick them up at 5:30 pm at the North Doors of our Activities Center (see map).
DINNER (5:30-6:00 PM)
For Open Gym students staying for Wednesday night youth service, we will serve 2 slices of pizza and a bottle of water for $5. Additional slices of pizza are available for $1 each.
WEDNESDAY NIGHT YOUTH SERVICE
(6:15-7:30 PM)
Each Wednesday night, our middle school and high school students will come together for a worship service where we will have music, Bible study, and small groups. We would love to have your student join us!
PARENT PICK-UP (7:30 PM)
If your student stays for Wednesday night youth service, it is expected that they stay until 7:30 pm. This will help minimize distractions and maintain a secure environment for every student. If a student needs to be checked out before 7:30 pm, a parent must pick them up from the Youth Room located on the 3rd floor of our Education Building. If your student leaves without permission, we will call you immediately and your student cannot re-enter for the evening. 7:30 pm pick-up will be on the east side of our Worship Center (see map).
REGISTER YOUR STUDENT

After you complete the initial registration, you MUST fill out the Participation Agreement form which will be emailed to you as well as linked below. Failure to fill out the Participation Agreement will result in your student being unable to participate in Open Gym.
