  The State:  Whose Law?

 This tour takes a look at the design, structure, and

role of the state, its place in God's plan for human

society, and the rightful extent and limits of its power.

We shall observe that the state has the capacity to

exert tremendous power for good, but it also has the

potential to become the most abusive of all of the

social spheres if not kept in check.
